What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-In: From 3:00 PM
Check-Out: By 10:00 AM
How does the check-in process work?
You will receive a message from us with a link after booking.
By following this link, you will be directed to the online check-in.
Once completed, you will reach a page with all the information for your check-in and stay.
Starting 6 days before your arrival, your personal key code will be displayed on this page.
With this code, you can access the house and your apartment.
The link you received from us will always take you to this page.
I have completed the online check-in. How do I access the information page again?
The link we originally sent you after booking for the check-in now leads to the information page.
I have done the online check-in. Why can't I see the key code?
You will be able to see your personal key code starting 6 days before your arrival. If your arrival date is within this period and you still cannot see the code, please contact us for assistance.I have completed the online check-in. Why can’t I see the key code?

Tourist tax
Don’t worry, the tourist tax is already included in the price! You don’t have to pay anything extra.
Please note that we do not offer breakfast during the initial phase.

Where can I find a first aid kit?
A first aid kit is available on-site. Please ask our staff, and we will be happy to assist you.
